Absolutely. For the Phase 1 PDP, the messaging should be distinctively about the Follicular Phase rather than repeating the complete Seed Cycling Blend page. It should educate, inspire confidence, and naturally encourage users to continue with Phase 2.

Below is a streamlined, premium version that avoids repetition while maintaining your brand voice.

Beyond Seed Cycling. Whole-Food Follicular Nourishment.

Why the Follicular Phase Matters

The follicular phase begins on the first day of your period and continues until ovulation. As your body prepares for the next stage of your cycle, this is an ideal time to build a consistent whole-food nutrition routine.

Nourishing your body with fibre, healthy fats, plant protein, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals from real foods can help support your overall wellness as part of a balanced diet.

Whole-Food Nutrition Beyond Two Seeds

Traditional Phase 1 blends often rely on just flax and pumpkin seeds.

TVARA goes beyond the basics by combining 17 thoughtfully selected whole-food ingredients—including freshly milled seeds, superfoods, fruits, herbs, and spices—to create a more complete daily nutrition blend.

Every scoop naturally provides:

✔ Healthy Fats

✔ Plant Protein

✔ Fibre

✔ Antioxidants

✔ Vitamins & Minerals

All in one simple, convenient daily scoop.

Phase 1 | Follicular Phase Blend

Whole-Food Nutrition for Days 1–14

A thoughtfully formulated whole-food blend designed to nourish your body during the follicular phase of your menstrual cycle. Made with freshly milled flax and pumpkin seeds, superfoods, fruits, herbs, and functional ingredients to complement your body's natural rhythm from the first day of your period until ovulation.

How to Use

During Seed Cycling

  • Mix 1 scoop (18.5g) daily into smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, or warm drinks.
  • Use Phase 1 from the first day of your period until ovulation.
  • Continue with TVARA Phase 2 from ovulation until the start of your next period to complete your Seed Cycling routine.

For irregular periods: Follow a 14-day cycle (or the moon cycle, if preferred). Begin with Phase 1 on the first day of your period, then alternate between Phase 1 and Phase 2 every 14 days until your cycle becomes more regular.

We recommend following your Seed Cycling routine consistently for at least 2–3 menstrual cycles to allow your body time to adapt to the routine.

Daily Nourishment

Phase 1 can also be enjoyed daily by anyone looking to add nutrient-rich seeds and whole-food ingredients to their balanced diet.
