About Us - Tvara Superfood

Who We Are?

Tvara was born out of concern — for human bodies & how little do we understand it? We're four women — daughters, mothers, and professionals — who decided to stop accepting PMS, mood swings, skin flare-ups, and exhaustion as "just part of being a woman." We didn't want our daughters to grow up believing that monthly suffering was normal. So we created something different.

Tvara Superfoods is more than a product — it's a rhythm. One scoop a day, aligned with your natural cycle or the moon. Made with whole seeds, herbs, and micronutrients that work with your body, not against it. Our blends are gentle. Honest. Designed to help you feel more like yourself — every day of the month.

Meet Our Founders

Kavita Heda

Kavita Heda’s journey to creating Tvara began with the most sacred role she holds—being a
mother.

When her daughters began facing painful periods and hormonal imbalances, she refused to accept it as “normal.” She envisioned a gentler, nourishing path—not just for them, but for every girl and woman. This intention gave birth to Tvara—a seed-based, plant-powered blend designed to support hormonal health at every life stage.
A proud DTF Aerobics Instructor and Chakra-Based Nutrition Advisor, Kavita brings over a decade of experience in holistic wellness. Her belief that food is medicine has guided her journey—from building Edify Café, which offers refined-free indulgence, to hosting Meraki – A Journey of Self Love workshops that reconnect women with their bodies through chakra nutrition and healing.
Tvara is her heart-work—an invitation for women to embrace their rhythms, nourish themselves deeply, and bloom with balance, one seed at a time.

Aishwarya Maru

After a decade in the tech world—and with a Master’s in Computer Science from the USA—I’ve spent my career solving complex problems. But nothing hit closer to home than watching the women around me, including my mother, struggle with health challenges. I have seen many healthy women battle cancer, and it made me realize how much we all need better, more holistic ways to support our health—especially women’s hormonal health.

When I personally experienced the benefits of seed cycling, it felt like rediscovering an ancient solution with modern power. That experience inspired me to co-found Tvara Superfood, while continuing my career in tech. I’m passionate about making natural, effective wellness solutions accessible to women everywhere as a tribute to my mother.

Because every woman deserves to feel balanced, strong, and in sync with her body—naturally.
